Do You Have Trouble Falling Asleep? Give this a Try
Since my niece was a toddler, she has had difficulty winding down at bedtime, often staying up late. Over the years we have tried many things with little to no success, until now.
Last month a very simple technique was shared with me, that works like a charm about 90% of the time. Now she falls asleep with grace and ease, I would say about 30 minutes after I do this technique on her. The only time it seems to take longer for her to settle in is during the full moon.
How to Do this
Tap your thumb between the nail and the knuckle with the pointer finger from the opposite hand 10 times
2. Put you pointer finger and thumb on both sides of the thumb you just tapped
3. Apply a bit of pressure, this should not be painful, if it is reduce your pressure
4. Do this for 60 seconds
5. Repeat as many times as you are inspired to do. I do this twice on my niece
