This is a powerful technique that calms the mind through gently pressing 32 points on your head. It promotes peace-of-mind by way of reduction of anxiety, stress and depression, resulting in clearer thoughts and an overall feeling of balance and wellbeing.


The 32 points are actual “energy” that runs through and around your head connecting to different aspects of your life. These points are called “bars.” Each bar stores the electromagnetic component of all your thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs — they literally access your entire consciousness.


When a specific bar is touched, or accessed, energy locked up in that area, or aspect, of your life begins to clear away. Add in touching another bar, and you also begin clearing the “issues” stored in that second bar, while continuing to clear in the first. You literally clear all the points of view those two bars have in relation to each other — allowing for exponential change.
