Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation is a unique and personal experience for each one of us. On the mat, we have the potential for reaching a sense of balance, flexibility, and strength while experiencing the connection between our mind, body and breath. These qualities transition off the mat and into our lives, allowing us to engage with the world in a more positive and balanced way. Breathwork supports many of the challenges we face throughout the day . Breathing, particularly the exhale portion, promotes relaxation and increases the “feel good” endorphins by decreasing the cortisol/stress levels. Controlled breathing has been shown to reduce stress, increase alertness and boost your immune system, reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, peace, gratitude, clarity, and connection.
Breathwork for Social Anxiety $20
Breathwork is the ultimate practice that can teach you how to love myself, activate your energy system and access the fear you’re suppressing and that is the true path to healing social anxiety. This modality is a therapeutic breathing technique intended to help with personal awareness and emotional healing, where each sessions aim to produce an altered state of consciousness (ASC) by altering the chemical balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body.
Slow Restore Hips and Back Yoga $13.75
This class is slow, gentle and offers a flow through postures designed for deep opening for the muscles around the hips, lower back and legs. When hips are tight, they increase the load on the back and cause overuse of the spine. In addition to the benefits of improved range of motion and circulation and decreased back pain, opening the hips can create an energetic shift or release as well.
Guided Meditation for Cultivating Joy $13.75
Guided mindfulness meditation to cultivate joy and happiness. Although it may not always feel like it, joy can be your choice rather than a condition. For today, let go of the “I’ll be happy when…” mindset. See your joy as available to you just on the other side of a door, you simply need to open it and let joy into your heart. Today, bring joy intentionally into your world and heart. Find ease in stressful or challenging times and spread joy to your loved ones and around the world.
Sometimes all we need is a little nudge to reconnect with what’s important in our lives—to pause and reflect, find calm and get focused. Over this 1 month course (4 classes) we will explore the power of intention setting, how to shift our mindset, limiting beliefs, breathing habits and rooted triggers by healing our 1st through 3rd chakras. This is in turn will help us identify the blocks to your creativity, purpose and overall well-being.
We will be using breath exploration and mind work to create a manageable workflow to get you to emotional wellness, while helping you learn functional breathing patterns that last a lifetime. This package includes 4 integrative breathwork sessions that are done online or in person where available.

Going beyond the 1 month course of intention setting, chakra cleansing and breathwork is what most people need to start radically understanding themselves and creating long term behaviour change. Once we identify the blocks and triggers we use breath to clarify right thinking, creativity goal setting and purposeful motivation by healing our 4th through 7th chakras. This package includes 8 integrative breathwork sessions that are done online or in person where available.
